How many times can I wear one pair?+
With proper care, every Lash Te pair gives you 20 to 30 wears. Remove gently, clean off glue residue, and store them on the tray inside the case between wears.
How do I clean my lashes?+
Peel off any glue with clean tweezers, then wipe the band with a lash-safe micellar water on a cotton bud. Never use oil-based removers — they break down the band and the fibres.
Which style should I start with?+
Everyday is our most forgiving first lash and suits almost every eye shape. If you want texture, go Wispy; for events, Glam; for a lifted doll-eye finish, Volume.
Do you offer bundles?+
Yes. The Essential Trio includes Everyday, Wispy and Glam. The Ultimate Lash Collection includes all four styles plus our clear-dry glue and applicator, at the biggest saving.
Are your lashes cruelty-free?+
Always. Every Lash Te product is cruelty-free and latex-free, and our glue is formulated for sensitive eyes.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders ship from the U.S. within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days and shipping is free on orders over $75. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us.
What is your return policy?+
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on lashes that have been worn or opened.
Can I wear these with mascara?+
You can apply mascara to your natural lashes before putting the pair on, but avoid applying it directly to the band — it shortens the life of the lash.
